How to replace tabs with blocks in Aspro: Corporate website 2.0?

Hello. I'm doing an internship for a Bitrix developer, I set the task: to make the "projects" tab not a tab, but a separate block. I rummaged through the entire Internet, found in the documentation that for this you can change the template to a tabless one (nothing detailed), but I need this particular template. Who faced?
