How to add an item as a gift?

Is it possible to somehow implement the action "Product as a gift", where the gift can also be the same product?
Here is an example.
When adding Bianca pizza to the cart, you need to provide gifts, where the same pizza can be as a gift

But, here what is the problem. When adding this pizza to the cart, a 100% discount is immediately applied to it. Is it possible to somehow avoid this by imposing additional conditions on the rule (I did not succeed)? Or is it impossible?

PS If you add another quantity(>1) condition to the rule, then the gifts in the basket will not be displayed until 1 more is added product
