How to replace icons in tpl, css, html, php files?

Colleagues, please tell me how to replace the icons for files with the extension .tpl, .css, .php?
In WinXP, there was a "change icon" button in the properties.
Windows 10 does not have this feature.
Now the icon has the icon of the program with which this file is associated.
In my case with the notepad++ program (now the icons are like this):

Since the program can edit files with various extensions, it is visually more convenient to perceive when each type of file has its own icon, and not from the notepad++ program.

You can correct the icon directly through the registry:

The file type can be seen in neighboring registry branches, by extension. The icon number is visible when opening the EXE with any resource editor (although there may be tricks in the form of different numbering of resources for the editor and Windows, from zero, from one, from minus one, as you're lucky).

You can set z-index: 1 for the block with text, and border-radius: 50% for the button itself;
z-index: 2; in order for the button to overlap the block with text + border for the button with the color of the block
