Auto PPPoE redial on Windows 8+?

I welcome everyone!
As you know, starting from Windows 8 in the connection settings there is no possibility of automatic dialing after a connection break (thanks to MS). Can you please tell me some ready-made utility that solves this problem so as not to hammer hardware resources?
I understand that you can do something yourself, but too lazy ... You need to somehow either smartly track the ping (it's not always stable with us), or look for events on the gap in the log, and after rasdial'it - well, etc. .d.
Maybe there is already something? Well, or if there is no way without handles, then at least according to the mind, how is it better to implement it?
Thank you!
UPD : found - ReConnect v1.5. But this utility has a funny jamb - after a lightning-fast dialing after disconnecting the connection, the Internet appears on the machine, but ICS (Internet Connection Sharing) does not work ... :( It seems that this utility does not call rasdial, but how otherwise it creates a connection (curious how?) And this is otherwise not friendly with ICS for some reason.

@The_Immortal

It seems that everything is solved very simply through tasks and event 20226 from RasClient - more details .
