How to get the directory of the current desktop background (image)?

Task : We need to get the directory of the desktop background, background image.

Having searched, I found from what I needed this , I went in, which means I went to regedit at
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Desktop\General
. I displayed the jpg picture directory, went over. And there are standard Windows 10 wallpapers.

Where can I find it?

Or perhaps there is an easier way

There are Transcoded_*** files in which the current wallpapers lie. In BMP format
