How to Repair Corrupted System Files Using a Flash Drive on Windows 10?

The system does not boot, I need to restore corrupted system files from the installation flash drive using DISM or sfc scannow and bootrec but I don’t know how to do it correctly Please help, Please note that Windows 10 latest updates already In addition to the hidden system Partition "Reserved by the system" additionally creates another hidden system partition 50 mb in size
