Good afternoon.
We need a help desk system that:
1. Acted as an email client for certain mail
2. Based on the letter, you could create a task or several tasks, when a task was assigned, a notification was sent with a description and a link to view the task in the system.
3. The tasks would have a timer to account for the time spent on solving this task
