How to render dx3d11 to dx3d9?

Hi hubr!
I have a task for a person of the 21st century.
I have a computer museum at home.
And one of them has good old win7 32 .
And I bet a friend that I could run a super new meat game called c++ at my favorite bakery.
Who knows how to hack the world write.
Thanks everyone for the replies!
