How to render an animated squiggle line via html/svg?

So it goes.
Everyone knows how a snake moves? Here. My task is just to get such an animated sinusoid without pictures.
I'm leaning towards SVG but have no idea how to render it via SVG.
Can anyone suggest a solution?
Or maybe canvas? I really don't know much about canvas.

And the solution is simple: close the toaster and Google to study about SVG and about Canvas.

for the sake of a second scribble to go deep?)
I hope the customer will pay me for several days of studying the material
OMG!!! It's a pity for the customer....
Well, of course... There is a Toster: ask yourself and earn!
In short: a toaster does not do the task for you, a toaster helps to solve problems as they arise at the moment of ALREADY STARTED work on the task.
