How to remove the limitation of 60hz when connecting a monitor via HDMI?

Welcome all!
The essence of the problem: when the monitor is connected to the video card via HDMI, I cannot set the screen refresh rate to more than 60 Hz, although on the old video card (nVidia GeForce GTX 560Ti) with this same monitor when connected via DVI, everything worked correctly (the refresh rate was 120hz). Now, in the nVidia control panel, in the resolution settings, the HDMI-HDTV (high-definition television) connection is indicated, I suspect that this is the problem. Google suggested how to set the full color spectrum in such a case, but did not find any articles or answers about hertz. A similar problem started in 2017 (so it's not the video card drivers most likely), without finding a solution, I scored on it, I thought the problem was that HDMI was not the right version, now I bought HDMI 2.0, but the problem remained. Thanks in advance!

Monitor - BenQ XL2420T
Video Card - nVidia GeForce GTX 1080Ti (Founders Edition)
Operating System - Windows 10 (2004)
Video Card Driver Version - 451.67 (Game Ready Driver)

Cable - HDMI 2.0 (not advertising)

Use Displayport and be happy, HDMI does not transmit 120 hertz on this monitor
