How to remove SSL certificate from mail in ISP control panel?

Hello!
I have a problem, I cannot remove the SSL certificate from the mail, because of it the mail does not want to be sent normally.

Because of this problem, the script cannot send email notifications using php.
(Earlier there was no SLL certificate from the ISP in the mail and everything was fine.)
PHPMailer is used to send emails
