Program, script for mass mailing?

Tell me who knows what program to buy for mass mailing. There are options for ams enterprise, Mumara PRO script, ePochta? Thank you.

There used to be an awesome service that is put on your server and sent to your health. I had class. But the company closed and now such a script can no longer be bought.
But now the service is quite popular like this.

Although I write my own scripts for different APIs. But if you recommend, then such a script.

I use SES Amazon + Django.
The limit is 60 thousand messages per day, but you can increase it, the cost is cheap.

When it was necessary to send out letters about a year ago, two services were simultaneously involved - epochta and mailchimp. Definitely recommend to take it to work.
