Help me choose a mail service (server)

There is a small organization of 10 employees. The main tool is email. Each employee processes a very large number of letters, while the speed of sending and receiving is critical, and the uptime is close to 100% (at least during working hours)

Now the organization uses Yandex. mail for domains, but it categorically does not suit - monthly drops (from 10 minutes to a couple of hours), delays in receiving letters (even within a domain) up to 10 minutes and many other troubles.

I'm looking for a paid mail service that meets the requirements: high speed, uptime close to one hundred percent, work on imap and pop3

Please advise where to look.

UPD Work mainly through Outlook 2012

fastmail, after using it for about 6 months in 24/7 mode, there are no complaints, uptime is close to a hundred. We also use a gmail business account - there are much more problems there (several times there were problems with emails being delayed up to 2 hours, problems with uploading files, a controversial new interface as a whole), we leave it for now because of docs.
And compared to gmail and hotmail, fastmail has the advantage of lower mailbox costs, which is also important.

Zimbra or exim/postfix/sendmail + pop3(s)/imap(s)/web(s) muzzle.to taste.

You can try RackSpace, set it up for fat clients a couple of months ago, they don't complain.

Previously, on gmail it was possible to do mail for a domain for free, right now it seems only for money. In principle, in conjunction with zimbra, it works quite adequately
