Links in email not working?

Gentlemen,
please explain the logic of the mail applications.
Working through the mail application on android - links sent through the tablet are not clickable, unlike the same links sent through the program on Win OS.
And there and there "enabled" rich text, that is, the html view.
Then why don't all applications running on Android make the link clickable?

It all depends on two factors:
1. Whether the sending application inserts the link as a link or as text
2. Whether the receiving application can recognize links in HTML inserted as text
Strictly speaking, for a link to be a link, it must be properly formatted, for this paste the link. If you just copy the URL and paste it as text, it will most likely not be marked up as a link in HTML, it will just be text. Some clients, however, will still highlight anything that looks like a link.
If you want the receiving application to be guaranteed to show the link, use the link insertion functionality.
