How to remove processor updates (vulnerability patch) in Windows 10?

Good afternoon. Has anyone installed these updates on Windows 10 (1703 and 1709)? They should install automatically. But after installation, I need to remove them. Tell me the update number and in general it will be deleted completely?

On Windows 10 Version 1709, this is KB4056892.
On Windows 10 Version 1703, this is KB4056891.
