Why does windows 10 get stuck at 99% when executing a process?
When deleting files and similar processes, downloading something from the opera, regardless of the size of the file itself, when the process is almost completed (99%), for some reason it "gets stuck on these 99%" from a couple of seconds to a minute. Although he hadn't been "stuck" like that before. When creating a folder on the disk, Explorer "does not respond", but when I close it and go back to the disk, this folder is created. With Windows + Shift + S I create a screen fragment, click on it and write: Wait, the image is being prepared. This has never happened before, and it shouldn't. And I also noticed in the task manager Explorer loads my CPU by 24-25%. What is it and how can I fix it?
