Is there any benefit from windows professional?

There is a small office network, several people with laptops, there is a domain. Now all Windows are pro-versions.
Whether there will be a benefit from professional Windows?
Politicians are not particularly used, at most they mount balls. Balls change very rarely, and Windows 8 and 10 can successfully remember them even in home versions.
Printers are successfully mounted either directly or through a friendship balloon.
There is not much remote work with laptops, you can manually install deimware.
What other benefit can be from a professional version of Windows?

It depends on your business's potential for expansion and current access control and security requirements.
If in the future there will be more employees and it is already clear that you will need AD and GPO for mass access and settings management, then it will be more prudent to continue deploying Pro versions in the domain, since you will transfer a bunch of computers from Home to Pro and recreate user profiles to domain ones, completely reconfiguring their entire environment can be expensive.
On the other hand, overpaying for Pro for the sake of an incomprehensible prospect, if the office remains small ... You can leave a mixed environment, leaving the current Pro, but adding Home to them. If you still feel like integrating with AD, then you will have to change the OS and profiles only on the Home versions that have appeared.
