Why is a shareware domain considered free and shied away from?
Patient: freenom.com (not advertising).
You can either register a domain for free for a year and then renew it for free within 21 days before the end of life, OR you can buy it immediately or after the end of life.
Why do the vast majority of hosts forbid them to park because the domain is free: I can buy it, right?

Because domains are free and usually they are used for all sorts of slag (a lot of fraudulent sites)
They are (usually) used for all sorts of scams and other game. I don't recommend Freenom & Co. Registered a couple of domains for redirect, part for test sites. So after 10 reloads (traffic increased) they started directing me to sites with webcam models. Now they are directed to some chat community.
Don't use Freenom. True, if you need this domain (a beautiful combination, like buma.ga), you will have to buy it. Or then your promoted domain will be put up for sale (I saw this). I saw how one company inserted a link *****.tk in the advertisement of Ya.Direct. Went to look, nothing. A week later I go, and there I direct to the site with webcam models.
Careful!
