Domain name market
alex_belouss, 2017-03-23 16:05:05

Is it possible to find out the name of the owner of the domain, if private is specified in huiz?

For example, the Yandex Market service, when checking online stores, can they somehow find out the owner of the domain if we hid it?

Protection "from honest people." The common man cannot. "People in gray" will immediately recognize not only this, but all the data that the registrar has.
Hiding personal data to the owner of the domain is normal - you never know what.

It seems like no, because the law on personal data prohibits this without your consent.
On the other hand, I wouldn't buy from a store that hides the domain owner. Because it's too suspicious.

If the registrar receives a court order of the country in which he operates, he is obliged to disclose. Read ToS
