I read reviews in Russian and English about both, someone praises, someone writes that on the first day 4 domains were blocked for no reason, both have been working since the early 2000s, domain.com whois privacy $8.99 per year, namecheap. com for free. Usually domain.com is in first place in the rankings. So I can't decide, please help me.
