What does the strange registrar DNS name mean?

Good day. For some reason, the DVR on the network has a strange name 21.img.avito.st.cdn.cloudflare.net, for all others of the same model, the name is not displayed at all. Has this registrar (with some HiLinux on board) become part of a botnet?

Connect the registrar to a router (which allows you to intercept traffic) and look at the traffic on the router. You may have to wait a long time for activity.
Where is the strange name? how did you get it?
Domain resolves to cloudflare.net followed by empty "DNS points to prohibited IP"
