What threatens a domain from abusing copyright from another country?

The domain in the *.com zone is registered on godaddy, on my data, the content of the site is translated articles of various subjects from Russian into Ukrainian. If I am a citizen of Ukraine, and the claims are from Russia or another country. Can they block the domain and show me something?

If GoDaddy has it, then it’s quite, these not very healthy people first of all rushed to support SOPA. It is unfortunate that not all customers left them.

It all depends on many factors.
The main ones:
1. The degree of protection of TK: in which countries and for what types of activities.
2. Whose name was previously known in the network and in the market of competing services.
3. The degree of confusion (acoustic and visual spelling) for consumers of your domain name with TK.
4. Types of commercial activities for you and the holder of the trademark.

Can they block the domain and show me something?
Both the first and the second are quite realistic if such violations are obvious and they can be proved by the holder of the trademark.
