How to remove overlay effects?

I don’t know exactly what it’s called, but it seems to be “some kind of overlay” ... In PSD, when all layers are turned on, these black spots are not there, but when you leave only the necessary layers for one fragment (for export to png), this looks like this:

Who knows how to fix it at any stage?
