I created a panel (read plugin) for Photoshop.
I created a page for it on the site - here cgidiot.com/tools/pspanel

It is a little specific and will be more useful for developers of 2D games and in general for people who have to mess with layers and their names in Photoshop.

I want to show it to the “WORLD” so to speak.

Is it worth mentioning this at all on Habr, and if not, where is it? And if so, which section?

An article about automated saving layers to a separate file and naming problems? Just today I came across this topic, it would be interesting to read, write. And about where, probably as indicated in the question in the Adobe hub, I'm afraid others will not appreciate it.
