How to remove organizations from Yandex maps (API)?

Added a Yandex Map to the page using the API. Everything is fine, but the map displays organizations added to the Yandex Directory. Can you tell me if it's possible to remove them? So that only streets and houses remain from the inscriptions on the map.

No, they are drawn on the tiles themselves, not superimposed on top.
You can use alternative geodata from OpenStreetMap and create your own style, or rather, choose a standard one and cut POI out of it as you like - https://www.mapbox.com/studio/
