How to remove Narrator in Windows 10?

It is necessary to remove / completely disable / block, and not disable. Because this is some kind of hard labor! I have a tablet and this speaker turns on randomly when unlocking, then when you press the volume rocker, this horror begins !!!
“Turn on the window button letter read everything I see blow your brain you won’t get rid of me click a thousand times on the screen I will open a bunch of information for you and I will dictate all of them !!!!!” sometimes you want to break the tablet against the wall, sorry :)
Please help

In short, chopped off and on the locked screen!
To do this, deleted the system folder c:\Windows\Speech\Engines - that was enough.
(How to remove it - see, for example, here: vindavoz.ru/windows7/admin7/433-kak-udalit-papku-w...
My early answer was:
I went to look for the answer to this question myself. I will not please. Physically deleting the narrator.exe file from system32 (I have a 32-bit version of win on a tablet) only helps for the situation when I was logged into Windows. On the lock screen, when the special function is activated. opportunities (I sometimes need an on-screen keyboard) is still activated and reads in a bad voice. While I'm thinking, or somewhere else in the system this file was lying around (for example, in the default profile), and it must also be deleted from there, or find (create) a voice for the speaker, containing only silence ...

I've never removed built-in OS components before, but I suppose you can try the following options:
1. Search in services - see which one turns on and off when you turn on / off the screen reader, and turn it off forcibly, permanently. But services can be multifunctional, and there is a risk of grabbing something useful along the way.
2. Search in the processes using the Task Manager, looking at the% load again when turning Narrator on / off. Further, knowing its name, look for it in the registry and translate the keys found there into the opposite state. But it can break more than fix.
3. Find on the Internet the name of the built-in Narrator utility (i.e. executable file) and again, either disable it in the registry or delete it (deletion may not work, because Win10 is on guard of its safety).
