How to remove missed queues?

There is a panel prog-it.github.io/Asterisk-CDR-Viewer-Mod
The problem is that there is a queue in it there are 4 agents (010,011,012,013) That is, when you call 8800700XXXX, all 4 call queue phone, after picking up the handset by agent 010, the rest of the agents have a missed call, which is recorded in the system and displayed like this

try setting it manually in cdr.conf

unanswered = no

to apply, you will need to restart asterisk-a
check after
