How to connect PBX panasonic hts824 to asterisk?
We plan to implement Asterisk at the enterprise. At the moment we use PBX panasonic hts824. I would like to consider the option of their joint work so that the old ATSka does not stand idle in vain (or could be used as a backup to provide communication if, for example, the Internet stops working).

As I understand it, your ATS has built-in support for SIP 24/6, so there should be no problems.
If ip phones support 2 lines, you can register one to the asterisk address, the second to Panasonic.
You can connect them with trunks and write routing dialplans from digital to analog and vice versa.
It all depends on what you want to implement in the end
