How to make automatic pickup in Asterisk?

I remember at the base station (MC-240/eltex) there was such a finch - you could dial a combination (*88 if I remember correctly) and initialize the pickup on a soft background or on a phone with a speaker.
How to do it on Asterisk?

I think you mean Intercom.
It may not work on a softphone, but on sip phones it's normal.
