FreePBX back to pending call?
Good day.
FreePBX 13 Distro with Asterisk 13 onboard. Maybe a stupid question, but still. Need to make a return to the idle channel on busy/unavailable in the case of an attended transfer. Everything seems to be simple. A call comes in to heifer No. 1, they say connect me with something. She takes, presses *2, enters the number, and the internal number to which she transfers is busy or he is not at the workplace at all and the softphone is turned off. So, if it is busy, then by default, chick #1 will rumble busy for 15 seconds in response and then return it to an external call. If it is not available, then 15 seconds notification of unavailability and will return to the external call again.
What are the solutions?
1. Install PhonerLite and don't worry
2. Put in the extended extension, which in case of busy - terminate the call - hang up and in case of unavailability, it is similar to being busy. If so, then in case of employment and unavailability, the heifer will immediately be returned to an external call and she is also a heifer, she will not be able to determine whether she is busy or not available (it seems to be nonsense, and sometimes this is important). Actually, this is the question, how to forcefully return to the waiting channel using Aster?
Oh yes, and yet, by changing the standard value of 15 seconds, we change the dialing time when transferring. That is, by setting 3, the duration of the call during the transfer is 3 seconds, if the dude does not pick up within 3 seconds, then the heifer returns to the external channel, which is actually not good.
I ask for the help of a colleague.
Thanks in advance.

*2 - translation with consultation?
Then return to the caller by * should be. More precisely - see features
The second option is to check the options with which the call is made, the Dial command. Are these options allowed when calling:
h: Allow the called party to hang up by sending the DTMF sequence
defined for disconnect in "features.conf".
H: Allow the calling party to hang up by sending the DTMF sequence
defined for disconnect in "features.conf".
Everything is written in the screenshot, to hang up the call you need to press ** and you will return to the first call.
