How to create a call center for 5 jobs?

It is necessary to create a call center for 5 jobs.
One number and 5 operators hang on it.
When a client calls, he hears music, then one of the available operators answers him.
It is advisable to record the "idle" time until the agent has answered the customer.
I have never dealt with telephony and call centers, so I would like to quickly and from the basics, starting which companies to google in order to get a number + line from them.
A lot of questions:
What kind of iron should be purchased?
What headsets (then + what software client to use)?
Or better phones?
So far I have settled on asterisk + freepbx.

Take asterisknow/freepbx - they are quite easy to install, easy to configure, can work both on a virtual machine and on a weak atom.
are easily configured through the webmord and are quite simple.

In order for all operators to be on the same number, it is necessary that the provider provides such an opportunity. The options are a SIP channel from an ISP, an E1 channel, or a pool of analog phones. For the second and third options, the asterisk will need an E1 or FXO gateway / board, respectively. The call queue is handled by the asterisk. Operators can work in the queue as agents (registers in the system and remains connected until the end of the work) or as participants (regular subscribers).
