Video calls in asterisk?

Does anyone use sip video calls with asterisk server?
Is there a working configuration for calls between android, windows, ubuntu?
There is an asterisk 13 + freepbx 14 server on raspberry pi 3 model b (raspberry-asterisk.org).
I use PJSIP, TLS. Everything is great with sound.
It’s just a problem with the video: in android zoiper works on vp8, but the video is twitchy and does not flip the screen, linphone crashes as soon as the video starts, grandstream wave has good quality, but after 2.4 or about 9 minutes the picture freezes, while the sound goes fine . If you call from grandstream wave to linphone in windows or ubuntu, the picture on linphone falls apart into pixels. In MicroSIP, either the picture freezes or the call crashes altogether.
Feeling that the problem is video encoding on android. But at the same time, skype and trueconf work fine. Jitsy on some android devices also does not show the video.
Maybe there are some other options for video calls?

Suddenly someone will be interested. Installed NextcloudPi on RaspberryPi 4. Video in Nextcloud Talk works fine on all devices. I had to refuse video via sip - in different programs there are different jambs, and I did not find a single one where everything would work at once.

More or less works in Linphone video now. There is a client on Android, in principle 720p goes, does not slow down. There is also a version on Win10, everything is smooth and clear there. The rest, such as Zoiper, Groundwire, etc., you can forget about the video. Checked.
