Maybe someone knows a normal panel for configuring Asterisk. Please don't offer FreePBX. In my opinion, the soul is not invested in the product, it is not understandable and with constant bugs.

There are no such. Well, except for the leaky Elastix, which is broken in no time or FreePBX, which you did not like.
Normal companies write their own - there is nothing complicated, setting up asterisk + realtime and go ahead - create your own admin panel.
