Why do not all DTMF digits pass on the asterisk?

Good afternoon.
There are two asterisk servers. On both version certified/11.6-cert16
Between them the sip trunk is lifted.
I make a call from server 1 to server 2. IVR is triggered on server 2, when dialing numbers, for example 0123456789,
on server 1 in the logs I see that all 10 digits were dialed. on server 2, only 012345 or 01234579 can come, etc.
relaxdtmf=yes is enabled on both servers.
dtmfmode on the trunk on both sides of rfc2833, tried both inband and info, the picture does not change.
Servers on the local network look at each other head-on.
Sip client from which I call from server 1 - zoiper.
tcpdump on server 2:

digits 6789 are missing, although on server 1 all the digits have flown away:

Where else can I dig?

@ARMADIK

If you put inband, then the picture should change in wiresharke (should not see numbers on the chart).

@MortyRick

The complete removal of Aster and installation from the sources of the latest Certified Asterisk 11 - LTS helped.
By the way, perhaps the bug arose due to the fact that various versions of asterisks were assembled several times right on top of the old one. I was warned about the fact that it is not worth doing this here How to update an asterisk assembled from source codes? Now in practice it is clear that it is really not necessary to do this.)
