Latency and clicks GoIP4 + Asterisk GSM gateway?

Good day to all. Tell me please. We use a GSM gateway 3 lines for receiving and 1 for outgoing. The scheme works like this. A call is received on one of the 3 trunks, then if the operator did not take the softphone, the call is transmitted through the 4th trunk to the mobile phone. subscriber via FollowMe. The operator complains about some extraneous clicks and echo. There is also a problem with a long voice delay. It turns out that the client says something, the operator answers, and the client continues to speak at the same moment. Out of sync. Please prompt.
From codecs I use alaw. Asterisk version 11.20.0. You won't be able to upgrade to a more recent one.

Delay-out of sync - 80% for having problems with the channel. Further I would look at performance of the server. Maybe somewhere the resource shuts up.
As for the rest, Dmitry Shitskov outlined for you what additional information is needed, without it you can’t answer.

The situation turns out like this. Clicks are heard from the operator, sometimes from the client. There is no interference at all on the recording of the call. When talking, the operator and the client complain. The delay is also very annoying, because you don’t understand what time to speak, just start talking - the interlocutor also starts at the same time. Although interrupted after a second or two.
For example, the trunk settings for receiving an incoming call through a specific operator:
