How to remove extra VCS root in TeamCity?

When adding a new VCS root to a task in TeamCity, it appears in all dependencies of the task, even when they are launched separately from it. Perhaps the problem is caused by reverse.dep - parameters in the main task that override parameters in dependencies. How to avoid VCS root deployment in dependencies when they are run separately?
