Files in /dev/shm on hosting?

Hello everyone, I recently found a file on a shared hosting from a friend, in the /dev/shm directory.
For example .ipacdac7e09a8e051ea5c51d99e74b720f, inside this text is botUser .
Has anyone experienced this?
I found the site from which such files appeared, but clamscan is silent

this is supposedly shared memory
, and the content depends on what you run on the server.
