At least you didn’t show the changing part of the url, then there is an example of several categories,
at least show how it should be and how it should be on several examples of urls so that you can understand the logic, while I see two different urls that are not related to each other with a friend,
https://site.ru/catalog/gruppa/ and https://site.ru/.../filter/clear/apply/?PAGEN_2=1
It also looks like you have Bitrix and 99% there is no problem, this is a problem of site settings and not .htaccess
If you remove the get parameter, then paging will not be available to you, as an option for loading on ajax
mydefile.ru/catalog, but then you will not be able to get a link to the 3rd page of the catalog.
