How do search engines respond to swear words?

When posting material on the site, the question arose: what is the best way to deal with abusive words in the title and description.
Specifically, we are talking about the word "bitch" and its various declensions.
How will the search engine behave if this word is used in the title and description? Or is it better to convert such words to "s***"?

In theory, it should not be divided in any way, but there is no such 100% in the commercial issue and never will be :)
