How to remove ETag check on page reload?
In general, there are a lot of js, css, etc files that have huge max-age in their headers and hash in the get parameter of their urls. So, if you refresh the page, the browser sends this max-age to the bath, sets it to 0 and starts pulling the server to compare ETag. Can this be removed somehow?
