How to remove an OEM key from a stock laptop HDD?

Back in 2013, a Lenovo z500 laptop was purchased with Win 8 on board.
After the purchase, I immediately put an SSD in it, and began to use my native HDD as a file dump. But it was not possible to format it completely - two partitions are protected, as they are recovery partitions.
Now I am ripe to finally put this disk in order, for which it is necessary to delete all partitions, including protected ones. Based on this, it also became interesting - is it possible to pull out the key before deleting partitions? And can it be used on a new SSD?

Well, about deleting these partitions - will everything work out with diskpart ?

The key is stored in the BIOS and is automatically picked up when installing the version corresponding to the native one that came from the factory. Diskpart yes, will remove all partitions without issue with the added override key.
