Please provide a link to register with the RCA. Previously, all links for registration were transferred to the partner2.yandex.ru website, where, in general, the devil would break his leg in the interface, I simply removed the number 2 and got to the usual dashboard. Now there is nothing at all, except for the creation of ad units for mobile applications.
PS In the Products section, only the creation of RTB blocks of mobile applications. Where are the sites? Like Adsense, the interface is overloaded, but nevertheless everything is clear and logical, YAN has an interface of 5 tabs and nothing is clear at the same time.

Searching the forums, I found a solution. For some reason, adding sites from the dashboard was removed from the new interface, now you need to write here https://yandex.ru/support/partner2/troubleshooting... to add a site
