Can I run video ads on the website instead of the mobile app?

I'm making a browser game and I want to add video ads for bonuses to it, but I can't find information on whether this can be done at all. Everything that I found on the Internet says that banner ads are shown on websites, and video ads are only shown in mobile applications.

Question: Is it possible to show rewarded video ads (or just video ads) on websites instead of in the mobile app?

Yes, you can. The format is called Rewarded video. Google has this format for the web available.
And YAN is also available in the "With reward" format.
