How does the position on contextual advertising for a general word affect the position for a specific word?

Example:
- There is a query " children's lego ". The cost of clicking on it, let's say, is $2 on the 3rd position in the special placement. Upon request, several negative words were spelled out, such as "marriage", "Krasnodar" and "fake".
- There is a request " buy lego for children ", which is included in the first general request, that is, I show up on it as well. The cost of clicking on it is $4.
Question:
If I hang on the third special. placed on the first general query, where would I be if the user types in the second query "buy legos for kids"?

@julchen

You show up on it at a lower position, or don't show up at all if you have a price limit of max. 2$
