How to register a commercial in the player for Windows?

We have 5 rooms with laptops, all films on the hard drive are distributed over the local network from the sixth laptop. Movies are streamed through a regular MPC player.
How can you register advertising in the player (in any player) only without the possibility of skipping it (advertising). The commercials will change monthly.

Maybe even somewhere in the root folder then you could replace the videos

create a playlist in which to cram commercials.
on laptops, run one playlist, i.e. run the player with the playlist located on the open folder..
change the playlist in the open folder whenever you want.
push everything into cmd and just run it on laptops.

No way. You need to write your own player, or modify the existing one.
The easiest way is to distribute everything via http/hls using nginx-rtsp. Well, write your own javascript player with scrolling ads. For example based on video.js or mediaelement.js. This is done in 3-5 days by an average Javascript programmer. I worked with both players, there is nothing complicated. And yes, I just work in the field of displaying advertising through audio-video.
