How to reduce load on ibm datapower XI52 when importing files?

Hello, I am developing devops tools for deploying a distribution on IBM datapower, I encountered such a problem - when importing files, the load on datapower increases, sometimes up to 100% and it goes into reboot, is it possible to somehow reduce the load?
