How to redirect traffic to another port and folder?

Hello everybody!
Given: one VPS, two Apache web servers running on the same IP and on different ports (HTTP on 80 and 4000).
It is required that the request IP/folder/ open a page that is also issued at IP:4000.
Those. the client should not see that the web server is actually running on port 4000, but should see that the site files are simply located in a separate folder. The use of two servers is critical for other reasons.
How to implement it?
