Hello!
He gave an example of a network, only there will be more than 8 nodes and less than 16.
I thought as a MikroTik router.

in toga bought D-link DGS-1016D + MikroTik RouterBOARD 750GL. It's working great...so far. Less than 8000r.
Thanks everyone for the replies!
CRS125-24G-1S-2HnD-IN is a good option. Somehow I'll try to install it. This time it was out of budget.

You can take CRS125-24G-1S-2HnD-IN - both a router and a switch, and a managed one. There is nothing complicated in setting up, everything is googled.

If you are not going to use a Wi-Fi point as an Internet WAN.
You can try to use pFsense on FreeBSD, there are a bunch of setup manuals and a bunch of features. Not as an advertisement.
Download iso install on a PC, in a PC 2 Network cards for WAN and one in LAN
as a PC, you can use at least Celeron 1000 1Gb is enough.

Normal option.
Get a Mikrotik on a budget.
It will be enough with a margin, even if there are remote offices.
