How to recover photos after a ransomware virus?

Hello, have a nice day. A few years ago, for some reason, all photos (everything that was photographed in nine years) and some videos were encrypted. After what happened, (hoping for help) spent about a year on Kaspersky Free antivirus. After half a year of use, I sent them a couple of files to the laboratory for analysis. There is no answer to this day. The same thing happened with AWAST and ESET NOD32. All these antiviruses do not see this problem. I'm reaching out to you, maybe there's something I can do to help.
