Why is my site redirecting to porn?

Good day. I don’t know what happened and how, but my entire site redirects to porn. There was a line in the .htaccess file that redirected to porn, I removed it, but Google caches pages

like this anyway I don't know what to do, help me with advice or why this could happen at all.
Thanks in advance.

@Little_man

you have a virus on your site
or a vulnerability in the SMS itself is used, but in fact the same thing
1. Find all viruses https://www.revisium.com/ai/ - a button for sites.
2. Run the scanner either from the console (it’s obviously better from it) or in the browser (
it will take 10 hours) sometimes thousands of files, and sometimes tens of thousands of their files.
There is 1 file. here's how it goes.
After that, already put in order .htaccess and wait for a new indexing.
4. use nazamok.com
5. Set up a backup system.
6. If possible, depending on the virus, you can find a way to penetrate it, it is desirable to remove this method.
Well, yes, of course, it is desirable to update the site engine to the maximum (only after a full backup!)

@mr_jok

check all site files, not just .htaccess
at least put file changes on the site under constant control
